Jurist hävdar ensamrätt på “cyberlaw”

EEF rapporterar att en amerikansk jurist börjat hävda ensamrätt på ordet “cyberlaw” och kontaktar andra som använder det med hotelser om varumärkesintrång.

Mig verkar han inte ha hittat än, men det är ju helt uppenbart att han inte har något “case”. Lite roligt att hans blog bland annat innehåller en post om cybersquatting.
