He has no idea what he is talking about. I think this is just an excuse to the large content companies, like AOL Time Warner, Sony and Microsoft, etc. that Sweden is not going to chase every kid who downloads an mp3. I think he has no idea what DRM means in reality. What I am most upset about is his refusal to admit that he knew about the transfer of people on Swedish soil to Egypt by American agents.
